GenericPhisher Hey I lived in Montreal as a McGill University student back when. I believe the first venue pHish played was "Les Foufounes Electrique " which is roughly translated into Electric Buns.

Mostly a punk rock club with weird bands. I recall it was on St. Catherine Avenue approaching the gay district.
